Packing and Inventory Crew Member
About The Position
This role involves packing and wrapping customers' belongings for storage, utilizing company inventory and scanning software, and maintaining daily communication with office personnel regarding job progress. The position also requires obtaining photo documentation, communicating with customers, and documenting non-salvageable items for insurance purposes. Responsibilities include cleaning affected structures and contents following fire, water, or construction losses. The job requires the ability to work in extreme weather conditions and in homes without power, as well as participating in a mandatory on-call rotation for emergency losses.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work within a team

- Can read and follow product label usage instructions
- Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform
- Valid TX Drivers License
- Ability to problem solve and work in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Packing and wrapping customers' belongings to be moved into their storage location.
- Utilize the Company's inventory and scanning software on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain daily communication on job progress with office personnel.
- Obtain proper photo documentation and communicate with customers throughout job progress.
- Document written list and photos of non-salvageable items to provide to insurance companies as needed.
- Clean affected structures and contents as needed following fire and/or water losses, and following construction work.
- Work in extreme weather conditions (cold, heat,) and in homes without power.
- Participate in mandatory on-call rotation for emergency losses.
