Requirements

Pack product.
Palletize product
Sets up tape machines.
Keep cartons available for packers.
Keep product buckets empty, using GMP’s to avoid contamination.
Make sure bags are properly sealed and coded
Ensures compliance to quality, food safety and HACCP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer, and government standards in work area.
Follow GSO’s and other policies designed to improve safety.
Ensure compliance to process and preventive controls as laid out in Food Safety Plan.
Must be able to stand for a standard 8-10 hour shift, with regular breaks performing repetitive work.
Earplugs, hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), shirt apparel with no buttons or pockets are required in plant in accordance with company GMP and safety standards.
