About The Position

As the Packer, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing thermoformed parts to assure the customer receives quality product based on their expectations. This job is to be performed in a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• Can read, write & understand English.
• Can read & understand various production documents & both oral & written job instructions.
• Can use equipment such as scales, pallet jack, and tape machines, etc.
• Can accurately record and maintain records pertaining to packing and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Remove and inspect production parts from thermoforming machines and properly pack them according to specified instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of parts produced, material lot numbers and quality evaluation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area at all times.
• Attire and work habits to be in compliance with Company policy.
• Work closely with Floaters, Process Technician, & QA to identify defective product, completing paperwork, making boxes, etc.
