About The Position

This role has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality. The primary duties involve monitoring machine operation for correct part collection and counting, ensuring parts are packed according to required patterns, identifying nonconformities, and evaluating product quality. The position also includes taping and labeling boxes for shipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and performing sweeping and sorting duties as necessary. All tasks must be performed in accordance with safety rules and procedures. This job description outlines the general nature and level of work but is not exhaustive. Requirements

• Has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality.
• Ability to identify nonconformities and inform the Shift QA.
• Ability to evaluate product to ensure high quality and conformance with established standards.
• Ability to report any food safety and quality problems or concerns.
• Ability to tape boxes shut, label the boxes, and stack for shipment.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Ability to perform sweeping, cleaning, sorting duties as necessary.
• Ability to perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operation to ensure parts are collected into storage boxes and are counted correctly.
• Ensure parts packed into storage boxes are in adherence to the required stack pattern.
• Identify nonconformities and inform the Shift QA.
• Evaluate product to ensure high quality and conformance with established standards.
