About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining material flow on the production floor by stocking machines with necessary supplies and assisting with product handling and quality inspections. The position requires flexibility to cover breaks and lunches and to support various production needs as they arise.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain material flow on the production floor by stocking all machines with boxes, tape and bags.
• Ability to assist in relieving for breaks and lunches.
• Ability to maintain the flow of product at the skid wrapper, placing skids on the wrapper, and taking skids off and pulling them to finished goods staging in the warehouse.
• Ability to perform random Quality inspections on each line required 2x per shift and documented on the IBM report.
• Ability to assist with packing as needed.
• Ability to assist with on-line sorting and going back on product that had machine/product concerns.
• Ability to assist with product on hold sort.
• Must possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material flow on the production floor by stocking all machines with boxes, tape, and bags during the shift and prior to shift change.
• Assist in relieving for breaks and lunches.
• Maintain the flow of product at the skid wrapper, including placing skids on the wrapper, taking skids off, and pulling them to finished goods staging in the warehouse.
• Perform random quality inspections on each line twice per shift and document them on the IBM report.
• Assist with packing as needed.
• Assist with on-line sorting and re-working product with machine/product concerns.
• Assist with product on hold sort.
