About The Position

Would you like to be part of an eco-minded company that is committed to diversity and inclusion? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and helping ensure products are delivered on time and in excellent condition. Pay rate : $18.00/hour +$1.00 differential after 45-day training (Will be training on 1st shift) We strive to inspire healthier communities by connecting qualified people with dependable businesses while maintaining exceptional character and integrity.

Requirements

No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs
Basic reading and counting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed
Drug Screen and Background required.

Responsibilities

Pack products accurately according to order specifications
Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily productivity and quality standards
Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed
