About The Position

We are seeking an individual for our Packer Position. The successful candidate will be a hardworking, detail oriented, and a team player who is coachable and can demonstrate great attendance.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards, and processes.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to use a caliper and micrometer to make basic measurements to differentiate different parts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping / receiving environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack customer orders to specification by due date and dispatch report.
• Verify product is correct to shop orders.
• Follow special packaging techniques.
• Operate all counting and electronic equipment including weight scales, bar code readers, computer terminals, and other electronic devices.
• Accurately clock into and out operations and log quantities as work is performed.
• Perform Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) inspection.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Other duties as assigned.
