About The Position

This role is repetitive, fast-moving, and focused on preparing products to ship to our customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in staying organized and keeping things moving. At Foamcraft, this role is critical to making real products used every day happen by bundling and wrapping custom foam fabrication in specific quantity amounts per customer specifications and assisting in loading the truck to ship.

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required
• If you’ve done physical, fast-paced work before, you’ll likely do well here

Responsibilities

• Gathers materials to ensure proper order completion
• Pack foam in the proper quantities
• String tie, plastic wrap, or plastic bag materials as directed
• Mark foam or attach labels to packages as directed
• Observing all safety rules and regulations
• Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access
• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently
• Loading the trucks for shipment
• Step in to support other areas when needed
