About The Position
This position is for a Packer who will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, monitoring products for quality defects, and performing various packing and material handling tasks. The role requires adherence to safety policies, operating specific equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with production as needed. This role is open to military-affiliated individuals.

Responsibilities
- Promote a safe working environment
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Monitor ware for quality defects and inform operator/coordinator
- Pack at standard rate
- Operate a punch
- Load conveyors and flamers
- Practice housekeeping on assigned line(s) and around machine
- Remove scrap from around the line
- Grind and pull plastic as needed
- Make and unitize cartons as assigned
- Initial and date box labels
- Make out unit tickets
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
