Requirements

  • Must be able to read a metric and standard ruler.
  • The ability to communicate effectively.
  • High school math skills.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to work as a team member.

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Count and pack finished pouches according to customer specification.
  • Perform visual inspections and pouch measures.
  • Document production activity and material traceability/usage calculations to determine finished quantities and line efficiencies.
  • Create and label finished product.
  • Communicate with Operator to maintain pouch specifications within defined tolerances.
  • Set up line supplies to include making boxes.
  • Operate manual die cutter and hand spouter.
  • Manually insert components to include spouts and glands.
  • Perform general housekeeping and periodic cleaning as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
