About The Position
Edge Plastics is growing and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. If you want a steady schedule, weekly pay, and fast pay increases, this is the opportunity for you. We offer a unique work-life balance with a 2-week rotating schedule, working only 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with 12-hour shifts. This means you work approximately 15 days per month, offering consistent and predictable hours.
Requirements
- 6 months Manufacturing experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Pack and inspect plastic products on production lines
- Monitor up to 2 machines at a time
- Check products for defects, color, and quality
- Count and package items correctly
- Assemble boxes and prepare shipments
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and company procedures
