Requirements

Minimum of 3 months machine or packing operator experience and a minimum of 6 months of continuous work in the last 3 years.
This position will be exposed to a cold/damp work environment with temperatures ranging from 28-42 degrees.
Must be willing and able to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and requires repetitive motions.
Must be able to stand, bend, reach overhead, and twist for extended periods.
Must be willing and able to stand 8-12 hours a day on a hard floor.
To be considered, the applicant must have three months of previous experience listed in work history.

Responsibilities

Operator Care- Basic lubrication, inspection, adjustments, repairs, cleaning (CLAIR LEAN Manufacturing- Contribute to a continuous improvement environment by participating in activities to include line side problem solving.
5S program (Andon System Stoplight)- Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
Physical lifting/moving, bending to stock material from inventory location to robotic equipment (Min 25 LBS).
Perform perfect packaging checks.
Safely and efficiently resolve jams and equipment malfunctions.
Identify material quality defects and take appropriate action.
Weigh rework using a floor scale and Human Machine Interface (HMI) workstation.
Operate handheld digital scanner.
