About The Position

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. The pay for this position starts at $18.10 an hour with an additional $1.10 per hour shift differential for working 2nd shift. This job is for you if you like fast-paced environments and repetitive motion.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to lift and pull up to 50 pounds or more if required.
New TM’s still in the first 30 days of probationary period are not eligible to bid.
No lateral, downward, or self-disqualification unless for higher classification for the past 6 months.

Responsibilities

Perform fast and repetitive motions.
Stand up to 8-12 hours per day.
Stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach as required.
Work in a range of temperatures from 45 degrees to 110 degrees depending upon the area of the plant.
Work in a cold, damp, hot or humid environment.
Wear all proper safety equipment.
Work weekends if required.
