About The Position

This role involves maintaining production pace, printing labels and boxes, and operating various packaging equipment. Requirements

• Strong commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes).
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs; with team lifts of up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Dependable team player who communicates clearly and works effectively with others.
• Problem-solving mindset with initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ability to meet deadlines and consistently achieve daily production targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a production pace of approximately 30–60 parts per hour.
• Print labels and boxes.
• Use knives and tape guns.
• Operate box-on-demand machine, strapper, and pallet jacks.
• Label, scan, and move parts and carts.
• Replace cardboard, strapping, foam rolls, bubble wrap, tape, and labels.
• Perform cleaning, sweeping, and waste removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
