About The Position

This role involves assembling mechanical components, wiring, hoses, and plumbing systems on equipment units. You will perform basic electrical wiring and connections, install pumps, motors, belts, and other key components. A crucial part of the job is conducting tests on completed units to ensure proper function, including water flow, pressure, and vacuum systems, as well as performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Adherence to safety guidelines and best practices is essential.
Requirements
- Packaging experience preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work in the US
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in assembly, automotive, small engine, or related work.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Possess a high level of technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and follow written instructions.
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
- Strong focus on quality and precision to ensure all systems meet company and industry standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management regarding work status, issues, and solutions.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Displays punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Experience with a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
