Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check
Excellent attendance and performance record
Ability to prioritize work in relation to process flow
Ability to communicate effectively with the team and work towards an end goal without direct supervision
Proactive team player, dependable and detail oriented

Nice To Haves

Knife Skills preferred but not required
SAP knowledge preferred but not required
Food Manufacturing experience, a plus

Responsibilities

Be able to perform and rotate through several job functions in the department at line speed
Comply with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), USDA regulations and safety rules at all times
Ensure products are accurately weighed, packaged, and labeled (products include ribs, loins, livers, hearts, tongues, etc.)
Always verify and record temperatures to ensure superb quality
Package and palletize product in accordance with established specifications
Utilize a PIV to move and stage pallets
Learn and excel in all positions within the room, to facilitate teamwork and cross-training
Utilize SAP for material movements
