About The Position

The Lift Bridge production team is looking for the right person to grow with us. We are seeking a person who is outgoing, quality and safety minded, hard-working, a self starter and of high character. Previous packaging and warehouse experience is required.

Requirements

Previous packaging and warehouse experience is required.
Must be able to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs occasionally
Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
Effectively multi-task, critically think and have problem solving capabilities
Computer literate/comfortable using Google platform
Experience driving a forklift
Work a flexible work schedule with little supervision
Must have excellent time management skills
Mechanically inclined
Hard work ethic and positive attitude
Must be able to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

Preparation of materials for production
The setup, operation, and tear-down of a semi-automated can filler, bottle filler, keg filler, large format bottle filler, can filler, labeler and all associated equipment
Accurate record keeping
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
QA testing related to the packaging process
Conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all packaging equipment
Adhering to established safety protocol while promoting a culture of safety awareness
Contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork within the department and throughout the company
Communicating with other departments to ensure the needs of the packaging schedule and quality standards have been met
Double checking of tank volumes, beer parameters, and scheduling requests related to the day's production needs
Communicating department concerns, needs, suggest and implement process improvements.
Work with warehouse coordinator on warehouse needs
General housekeeping
Other duties as assigned
