Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in packaging, labeling, or assembly.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to meet vision requirements, including color and peripheral vision.
• PPE Certification (e.g., filtering face masks, safety glasses).
• Reliable attendance and commitment to a 40-hour work week.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical trial packaging environments.
• Familiarity with batch paperwork and clinical supply assembly.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tasks and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately label, assemble, and package pharmaceutical products, following strict SOPs and cGMPs.
• Operate manual and automated equipment for blister and bottle packaging.
• Complete precise counts and prepare packaging components to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in packaging rooms and with machinery.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all daily activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Complete and review batch paperwork to ensure proper assembly of clinical supplies.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Wear required PPE and work in controlled temperature environments (-8°C and -20°C) as needed.
• Support additional shift or weekend overtime as required.
