About The Position

Precision Strip is hiring a reliable, team-oriented Packaging Technician to package metal products according to customer specifications and support safe, high-quality production. The role involves moving material through the production area using a forklift or overhead crane and working collaboratively to maintain a safe work environment. The company emphasizes training, support, and long-term career growth through a promote-from-within culture. Starting pay is $25.75 per hour, with scheduled and progressive pay increases, shift premiums, and monthly incentive bonus opportunities. Two shifts are available: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m., with a $3.00-per-hour premium, or Monday–Thursday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m., with a $1.50-per-hour premium.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work either Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m., or Monday–Thursday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
• Ability to pass a hair-analysis drug test and background check.
