About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our Production Team. This role involves setting up work areas and coders to match the production schedule, monitoring areas and equipment for product flow to limit waste, and ensuring quality products are properly packaged with correct codes. The technician will also feed and align product as needed and perform daily and weekending clean-up duties. Adjustments to equipment and machines are also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Sets up work area and coders to match the production schedule
• Monitors areas and equipment’s for product flow and take step to limit waste
• Ensures a quality product is properly packaged with correct codes
• Feeds and aligns product as needed
• Performs daily and weekending clean-up duties as required
• Starts/stops or make adjustments to equipment/machines as required
