About The Position

The Packaging Technician supports the day-to-day operations of OMB’s production team — running packaging lines, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the brewery moving from can to keg.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work on and around potentially dangerous equipment and machinery.
Willingness to work in an environment with high noise levels.
Willingness to work occasional weekends.
Strong work ethic and communication skills.
Understanding of the importance of a clean facility and good hygiene.
Interest or passion for the craft beer industry.
All candidates must pass a pre-employment / post-offer background check.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned tasks at various stations on the bottling, canning, and kegging lines.
Neatly palletize product from the packaging lines.
Complete required paperwork accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.
Clean and fill growlers.
Support QC sample collection.
Assist with inspection and maintenance of equipment.
Follow all operational and safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
