About The Position

Wearwell is a global industry leader in the anti-fatigue matting market. We have an opening in our warehouse for a Packaging Team Member on the 1st shift (6:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday. The pay is $21.00 per hour. We are looking for individuals who can join our team and potentially build a long-term career with us. Our team members are considered family, and as our business grows, so do we.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience and/or equivalent education, training, and experience in job-related activities.
• Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule, and manage regular duties with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate in English and comprehend simple instructions.
• Able to stand and walk for 8 to 10-hour shifts and regularly lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.
• PC literacy and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
• Reliable attendance is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load finished orders according to shipping instructions.
• Maintain bin stock levels and restock inventory.
• Locate and gather product or raw materials for production areas.
• Operate hand truck, cart, forklift, or order-picker to transport items.
• Maintain a safe work environment by performing job functions in a safe manner while maintaining good housekeeping practices.
• Retain productivity related to standards based on assigned task(s).
• Able to work overtime if necessary.
• React positively to change.
• Perform other duties as requested.
