As a Packaging Team Member, you'll help turn our award-winning cheese into products ready for customers across the country. Your day will include setting up, operating and cleaning packaging equipment, cutting bulk cheese blocks weighing up to 50 pounds, checking product weight, packaging and seal quality, verifying labels and packaging match customer orders, keeping production running efficiently and meeting quality standards, completing required production and quality documentation, following food safety, sanitation and GMP requirements, keeping your work area clean, organized and safe, and working with teammates and other departments to meet production goals. You'll work in a food manufacturing environment where food safety, cleanliness and teamwork are priorities. The position includes regular exposure to refrigerated areas and cleaning chemicals. All team members are trained on required safety, sanitation and food safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Drug and alcohol screening
• General background check

• Previous cheese or food manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
