The Production Team Member role in the Stage 3 Packaging Department is crucial for preparing premium raw dog food. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about pets, seeking a hands-on role that contributes to the health and happiness of dogs, and who prefer an afternoon schedule. The role offers a shift premium for working the 3PM-11PM shift.

Requirements

Comfort working with raw meat and in cool/cold environments.
Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and stay focused in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

Be a key player on our packaging line, helping prepare finished goods through filling and packing.
Rotate through various stations to keep things fresh and dynamic.
Refill packaging materials and inspect products to ensure top-notch quality and food safety.
Keep accurate records for traceability using HACCP forms.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following sanitation procedures.
Follow all GMPs, HACCP protocols, and health & safety guidelines.
