The individual in this role supports the Packaging Supervisor in preparing sales order shipments and collaborates with the Outbound team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. This role involves working in a warehouse setting and requires the ability to work the 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 1:45pm - 10:45pm. The Packaging Team Lead will analyze production schedules, create detailed schedule timelines, develop comprehensive process plans, and plan the flow of materials. They will also recommend measures to enhance production methods, propose changes to improve efficiency, and coordinate manpower requirements. Additionally, this role involves assisting with training, participating in a collaborative work environment, complying with safety protocols, and following 5S principles.
