Applies broad knowledge of the Manufacturing Packaging Operations area to independently drive the execution of tasks, processes, and projects, delivering solutions requiring a higher degree of autonomy. May coach and/or provide guidance to team members to ensure complex tasks are completed to organizational standards. Responsible for managing or performing work associated with packaging finished goods.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in problem-solving and achieving performance targets in operational settings.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • A bachelors degree is required.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a leadership or team-based role in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Applies comprehensive knowledge within the Manufacturing Packaging Operations area to independently execute complex tasks and initiatives following best practices and methods with minimal oversight.
  • Facilitates the review and refinement of production processes to enhance operational performance.
  • Identifies operational inefficiencies and suggests corrective actions to improve workflows.
  • Collaborates with teams to address process improvement opportunities.
  • Focuses on increasing the line efficiency and driving productivity throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Contributes to the implementation of key area processes and initiatives, and ensures methods align with the overall functional and business strategy, while operating effectively in a matrix organization to align multiple stakeholders.
