Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Basic math, reading, and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits
Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed
Ability to train on various shifts
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Excellent attendance and work history
Strong mechanical aptitude
6 months–1 year of direct manufacturing experience
1–2 years of general manufacturing experience
3–4 years of non‑manufacturing work experience

Responsibilities

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manufacturing orders, and cleaning checklists in compliance with cGMP regulations
Operating computer‑controlled equipment using an Operator Interface Terminal (OIT)
Performing in‑process testing, visual inspections, and documenting results accurately
Handling materials using pallet jacks and performing basic utility tasks
Cleaning and preparing equipment and packaging lines using manual and automated processes
Completing minor equipment servicing, including disassembly, reassembly, and setup
