About The Position

You’ll be at the heart of our production center, helping millions of customers across the world enjoy Hallmark products. You will be loading, unloading, and packing brand-new Hallmark products. You’ll be cross-trained across multiple departments by a support team of trainers and supervisors to help you learn every step of the way!

Requirements

You’re at least 18 years of age
You’re able to read, write and understand English
You have the ability to constantly stand, walk, twist, bend, and reach above shoulder level
You have the ability to constantly use repetitive hand/wrist motion and perform fine motor skills
You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 60 pounds occasionally

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Previous warehouse, production, or packer/packaging experience
Strong communication- and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

You will unload products from a conveyer belt or table and place them in a carton, skid, or fixture.
You may operate manual equipment, assist in the production of envelopes by tending the press or operate label machines.
You will examine the products to ensure product quality has been met and assist in preventative maintenance.
You will report production-related information and handle required paperwork.
Flexibility is key as you will assist with all aspects of the different assignments across departments.
