About The Position

This position is responsible for properly packaging, labeling, and stacking products, supporting quality assurance activities, and ensuring timely completion of all required production documentation. The overall goal is to assist in preparing products for shipment.

Requirements

Regular attendance is an essential part of this function.
Ability to operate a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Performing manual packaging tasks such as applying labels, applying lids, packing into cases, keeping packaging equipment loaded with blank packaging items.
Stacking and palletizing boxes of finished goods.
Organizing and accurately performing all job functions required to meet volume and quality of product scheduled.
Communicating clearly with others in process and support positions.
Safely operating a pallet jack to move materials.
Performing area-wide and system cleaning to meet GMP expectations.
Adhering to all safety, operating, AIB, and GMP procedures.
Notifying management of any potentially dangerous safety hazards.
Training co-workers in operation of system and procedures as directed.
Adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
