About The Position

We’re a fast-growing Oregon company looking for a Packaging Specialist to join our production team in Portland. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in doing things right, and understands that the little details matter. Our packaging team is an important part of getting high-quality products out the door and into retail stores across Oregon. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, work with a sense of urgency, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• Works quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Learns new processes quickly and follows directions well
• Communicates clearly and works well with a team
• Is comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production work
• Can stand, sit, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility during the workday
• Takes pride in keeping their workspace clean and organized
• Is 21 years of age or older
• Can pass all required background and employment requirements
• Has an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or is able to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Package, tube, weigh, label, and prepare finished products
• Accurately follow packaging specifications and production procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and presentation
• Make sure weights, labels, packaging, and counts are correct
• Keep your workstation and equipment clean, organized, and production-ready
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals without sacrificing quality
• Communicate with your supervisor and teammates to keep production moving
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures
• Jump in where needed, we’re a team and everyone contributes
