Requirements

• High school diploma / GED required.
• Be able to work 1st shift schedule: 6:00 am- 2:30 pm Monday-Friday
• Passing of standardized cognitive company test(s).
• Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals.
• Able to perform the responsibilities and duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, set up, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures and manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor product quality and production output, identifying defects and addressing issues to maintain standards.
• Perform packaging tasks including assembling cartons, filling products, labeling, and ensuring quantities meet shop order requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and communicate any current or potential production issues to leadership.
• Support overall production goals by coordinating with team members and adjusting equipment (e.g., gauges, labelers, scales) as needed.
