About The Position

Mars is seeking an experienced Operator for their factory team. This position follows a rotating 12-hour work schedule, requiring the ability to work day and night shifts. The Packaging Operator will be responsible for the performance of several machines, processes, and equipment at the line level to achieve targets and coordinate resources. A mechanical background is essential as the operator will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will be expected to lead repairs on mechanical breakdowns. There will also be an element of leading, coaching, and training associates dedicated to their line, though leadership experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Requirements

Educated to GCSE level
Mechanical training or background is a must.
Starting pay based on experience: $ 26.83 per hour

Responsibilities
