Requirements
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Be able to work 1st shift 6:00 am- 2:30 pm Monday-Friday
- Passing of standardized cognitive company test(s).
- Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals.
- Proper training, protective equipment and instruction for safety practices will be provided.
- Able to perform the responsibilities and duties of the position.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate, set up, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures and manufacturing specifications.
- Monitor product quality and production output, identifying defects and addressing issues to maintain standards.
- Perform packaging tasks including assembling cartons, filling products, labeling, and ensuring quantities meet shop order requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily production records and communicate any current or potential production issues to leadership.
- Support overall production goals by coordinating with team members and adjusting equipment (e.g., gauges, labelers, scales) as needed.
