About The Position

As a Packaging Operator within the construction industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards before they are shipped to customers or job sites. Your work will directly impact the integrity and usability of construction materials, contributing to overall project success and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery, monitoring production lines, and performing quality checks to detect and resolve any issues promptly. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working on a production line or in a packaging role.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate packaging machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities
