About the role The Packaging Operator works as a high-performance team member supporting all aspects of team performance to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all Haleon policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of experience in a production environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Degree or Certification.
  • Experience in high-speed packaging environment and troubleshooting skills.
  • SAP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the packaging lines in the packaging department daily.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the products are in accordance with the specification.
  • Perform routine safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition for operation.
  • Ensure processes quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.
  • Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines.
  • Participate in RCA for deviations.
  • Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.
  • Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.
  • Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department needs.
  • Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.
  • SAP functions-Batch reconciliation, Cycle Count, Material Movements, Confirmation, and Inventory control.
