About The Position

Reckitt is hiring a hands-on production employee to support manufacturing operations and help create consumer health and hygiene products. The role involves operating equipment, assembling products, maintaining production flow, ensuring product quality and workplace safety, supporting machinery maintenance, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals.

The primary schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:15 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., providing absent coverage. Employees must be willing to work first, second, or third shift, including weekend AM and PM shifts, with three weeks’ notice. Pay is $24 per hour, with a $0.30 shift differential for second shift and a $0.40 shift differential for third shift. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not currently offered for this role.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to work actively, including standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
• A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with initiative and a commitment to high-quality results.
