About The Position

Deschutes Brewery is currently hiring a full-time, night shift Packaging Machine Operator. This position works closely with other co-owners of the team to operate the packaging line, working to get our Damn Tasty beverages into kegs, cans and bottles. Duties include but are not limited to operating various pieces of automated equipment on the packaging line; quality control and checking for accuracy on things such as 'bottled on' dates, expiration dates, and batch numbers; changing bottle labels and various other tasks in a production environment.

Requirements

• Eagerness and ability to learn our specialty brewery equipment and machinery
• Focused attention on training for safety and standard operating procedures
• Experience in a team-based environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Previous manufacturing or production or forklift experience

Responsibilities
