Recor Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Operator to perform hands-on packaging and labeling of medical device consumables in a regulated manufacturing environment. This hourly role supports daily production by following written work instructions, performing in-process checks, and completing required production and packaging documentation accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions with strong attention to detail
  • Experience completing production documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team-based environment

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device packaging experience
  • Label printing and verification experience
  • Cleanroom experience
  • Basic understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-driven production environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on packaging and labeling of medical device components (e.g., catheters, connection cables) by cleaning components, pouching, and cartoning products per approved work instructions
  • Print, apply, and verify labels to ensure accuracy, legibility, and compliance with approved specifications
  • Complete in-process checks and accurately document Lot History Records (LHRs) in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Complete required on-the-job training and participate in cross-training as needed; contribute improvement ideas when appropriate
  • Adhere to all EHS and safety policies, including proper handling of tools, sharps, and packaging materials
  • Promptly report safety, quality, or production issues, including unsafe conditions, incidents, and near-misses
  • Support other production-related duties as assigned
