About The Position
At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Packaging Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.
Requirements
- Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
- warehouse or forklift-only experience will not align with this role
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
- Identify and respond to minor machine issues
- Perform routine quality inspections
- Record production data accurately
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
