Shift/Working Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bag-in-Box Packaging Line Operator to join our 1st shift production team at Kerry Bethlehem. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of bag-in-box products. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on food safety, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, while maintaining a safety-first mindset.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems a plus.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor bag-in-box packaging machinery to meet production targets.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Ensure packaging meets quality and food safety standards.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with GMP standards.
