About The Position
Entry level position with expectation to learn and become competent in all positions as outlined in the Job Level matrix. Expectation to complete required safety and food and beverage handling trainings within first 90 days of employment.
Requirements

- Comfortably lift 50+ pounds
- Good communication skills
- Motivated to work both independently and as a team
- Willingness to promote sustainable operations with a focus on product loss and energy reductions
- Mechanical aptitude strongly desired
- GMP - 30 days
- Chemical Safety / SDS - 30 days
- Forklift Trained - 60 days
- HACCP Overview - 60 days
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical aptitude strongly desired
Responsibilities
- Environmental cleaning: surface cleaning floors and tanks
- Packing out/palletizing cases
- Cleaning and filling kegs / palletizing kegs
- Proper labeling / tracking of finished goods
- Assist in running and cleaning of equipment, i.e. Filler
- Ensure Product is undamaged
- Assist in changing over of packaging line
