Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate packaging equipment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately.
  • Ability to perform basic math for count reconciliation.
  • Ability to work a continuous operations schedule, including day and night shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience operating multiple types of packaging equipment.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform re-cartoning and/or additional inspections of finished products as required by production or quality needs.
  • Manually inspect cartons and/or lenses to ensure compliance with established specifications and identify, isolate, and report defects.
  • Operate, adjust, and support routine maintenance of packaging cartoner equipment to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
  • Execute accurate lot changes and complete all associated documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Work under minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and quality.
  • Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Support departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
