About The Position

The Packaging Operator II is responsible for safely operating the packaging equipment to package in process products in accordance with the Packaging Order while following SOPs and Maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance during operations. This role operates on the 2nd Shift, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Safe operation of packaging equipment.
Adherence to Packaging Order specifications.
Following SOPs.
Maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance.
Verification of product/outserts/label against specifications.
Checking packaging equipment settings and operation.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of packaging line/room.
Packaging batch record documentation.
Performing in-process checks and recording data.
Checking calibration status of scales, balances, and equipment.
Proper disposal of rejected products and packaging components.

Responsibilities

Checks and verifies product/outserts/label as per product specification in the batch record, work order and packaging records.
Checks proper setting and operation of all the packaging equipment located in the packaging rooms.
Ensures the packaging line/room is clean, organized and ready for packaging operations.
Performs packaging batch record documentation.
Performs in-process checks during packaging operation and records the data in packaging batch record.
Checks calibration status of scales, balances, and equipment.
Manages proper disposal of rejected products and packaging components in designated areas.
Performs other functions as required or assigned.
Complies with all company policies and standards.
May monitor equipment performance.
