They are accountable for maintaining their assigned tools and performing other duties as assigned. This position works with little supervision, but their work is reviewed, and they exercise discretion within their areas of responsibility. They recommend actions and alternatives to their supervisor and have minimal contact with customers, contributing indirectly to revenue generation. Decisions made in this role can have a moderate impact on other departments or external relationships, and errors may cause moderate interruptions.
