About The Position
Leading Manufacturer in Milford, CT seeking Multiple Packaging and Assembly Operators for 2nd & 3rd shift. The role involves loading raw materials, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting machines, and implementing continuous improvement modifications. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift. The pay starts at $25.74/hr with opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- 2 years prior experience in the manufacturing field or machine operating
- Ability to read, write, and document

- Prior experience working with assembly/ assembly machine's
Responsibilities
- Loading raw materials into automated packaging machines
- Performing quality inspections on in-process and finished product per written instructions
- Troubleshooting machines as necessary to resolve quality and operating deficiencies
- Implement continuous improvement modifications as required
- Overtime and weekend work, as needed, and be shift-flexible
