About The Position

This position requires that employee stand in a central location for long periods of time to operate and maintain machine. The role includes various levels of responsibility, starting with Level 1 duties such as Product Package Assembly, Blister Seal / Alignment Inspection, Container Inspection, Date Code - Batch Number Processing, Tube/Cartridge QC Inspection, Scrap Separation & Documentation, and Cardboard Waste Disposal. Non-essential duties include maintaining a clean and safe workspace and performing miscellaneous duties as requested by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of six (6) months related experience and / or training in a manufacturing / production environment.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Keep machine running continuously.
• Make all necessary machine changes to accommodate the size of tubes being produced.
• Clean machine daily.
• Stay current and knowledgeable on piping system.
• Trouble-shoot any problems that may arise with the equipment.
• Perform set-up and change over on all filling machines.
• Make sure appropriate materials are in the right machines.
• Research and recommend product improvements
