Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed
  • Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with FCS team to label and assemble clinical supplies accurately, ensuring precise label placement and documentation.
  • Accurately count out and prepare packaging supplies to ensure accurate accountabilities prior to and at the completion of a job order.
  • Assist Quality Assurance personnel, Production Supervisors, and Line Leaders in staging and reconciliation of components as required.
  • Perform manual and automated filling and bottling of pharmaceutical products independently and approve in-process products at other stations.
  • Review batch paperwork and follow supervisor instructions to understand and perform the necessary packaging procedures required for assembly of each study.
  • Start, stop, and operate packaging machinery that fills, wraps, labels, or packs pharmaceutical products.
