Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
Ability to understand and follow written instructions, SOPs and GMP requirements.
Basic working knowledge of warehouse/distribution processes and inventory controls.
Ability to recognize discrepancies and escalate them with relevant information.
Basic proficiency with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Prior distribution or warehouse experience.
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Prior pharmaceutical or clinical logistics experience.
Experience with powered industrial tricks (Pallet jack and forklift experience).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with FCS team to label and assemble clinical supplies accurately, ensuring precise label placement and documentation.
Accurately count out and prepare packaging supplies to ensure accurate accountabilities prior to and at the completion of a job order.
Assist Quality Assurance personnel, Production Supervisors, and Line Leaders in staging and reconciliation of components as required.
Perform manual and automated filling and bottling of pharmaceutical products independently and approve in-process products at other stations.
Review batch paperwork and follow supervisor instructions to understand and perform the necessary packaging procedures required for assembly of each study.
Start, stop, and operate packaging machinery that fills, wraps, labels, or packs pharmaceutical products.
Ability to work overtime when business volume requires additional labor hours.
Ability to perform data entry and inventory handling.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role and safely use material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team within Distribution and across QA, Client Services and Supply Chain.
