Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting production timelines.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and system entries.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching during the shift.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
  • Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials, components, and packaging supplies to AVI lines according to production schedules.
  • Stage materials for production work orders while ensuring GMP compliance and proper material traceability.
  • Perform SAP inventory transactions for material movement, issuing, and returns.
  • Support component staging and replenishment to maintain continuous production flow.
  • Assist with line clearance activities and removal of unused or expired materials from production areas.
  • Verify material identification, lot numbers, and expiration dates prior to issuing production.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and in accordance with site policies.
  • Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain clean, organized staging areas in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
  • Communicate material needs with warehouse, and planning teams to prevent production interruptions.
