Packaging /Labeling Technician II (12hr days, 2-2-3 rotation)

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting production timelines.
- Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and system entries.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching during the shift.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
- Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)
Responsibilities
- Deliver materials, components, and packaging supplies to AVI lines according to production schedules.
- Stage materials for production work orders while ensuring GMP compliance and proper material traceability.
- Perform SAP inventory transactions for material movement, issuing, and returns.
- Support component staging and replenishment to maintain continuous production flow.
- Assist with line clearance activities and removal of unused or expired materials from production areas.
- Verify material identification, lot numbers, and expiration dates prior to issuing production.
- Operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and in accordance with site policies.
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain clean, organized staging areas in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
- Communicate material needs with warehouse, and planning teams to prevent production interruptions.
