Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Operate and set up packaging equipment.
Manually stage and label screens and build cardboard boxes.
Palletize finished goods and operate stretch wrapper.
Perform quality checks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Work efficiently with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow.
Follow all safety procedures and promptly report existing or potential hazards to the supervisor or team lead.
Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled hours.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
